Our spacious villa with spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains is for rent! 
Our family home "Villa Schenk" in Calonge, Costa Brava is ideally suited for a holiday with several families.
Located at the top of the quiet urbanization Rio 'd Oro you will be in an oasis of peace and privacy. Both from the villa and from the spacious swimming pool, the various terraces and the veranda you have a beautiful panoramic view over the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. The beautiful surroundings exude a wonderful tranquility and invite you to all kinds of activities. You can fully enjoy the beautiful nature, water sports, many forms of entertainment and of course the real Spanish cuisine. Because of the pleasant climate, this is possible from early spring until well into autumn. 

The villa is fully equipped and you only need to bring your personal luggage.
Our typical classic Spanish villa has no less than 5 very spacious bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom. In addition, there is 1 smaller children's bedroom with a teenage bed of 160 long.
The villa is ideally suited for a holiday with several families (2 of the 5 bedrooms even have a separate entrance).

The villa has all the comforts and amenities. A beautiful private swimming pool (heating possible, at extra cost) with sunbeds and beach chairs, several terraces with relaxed seating areas with teak-wood tables, chairs and sunbeds. Both inside and outside on the veranda you can watch TV on a flat screen. Furthermore, the villa has a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), gourmet plate, BBQ, various Dutch books etc. etc.
Within walking distance is a fine restaurant Rio d'Oro. 

The layout of the villa: entrance, spacious living/dining room with fireplace and direct access to the porch, fully equipped kitchen with utility room and a separate storage room.
1st floor: large 2-person bedroom with air conditioning and spacious private bathroom (shower, sink and separate toilet) and direct access to a spacious roof terrace (25m2), two spacious 2-person bedrooms with fans, each with a private bathroom (shower/sink), separate children's bedroom with cot and fan. In the hallway a spacious storage cupboard and separate guest toilet.

Separate guest house with separate entrance where two spacious 2-person bedrooms with ventalitoren and each a private bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). One of the two bedrooms also gives entrance to the roof terrace. 

All arrivals are on Sunday (between 16:00 and 18:00) and the departure is on Sunday before 10:00. We hope to welcome you at Villa Schenk !
