The upper floor features three bedrooms, one double with en suite bathroom and a further double and a twin, plus a further bathroom. In the sleeping area, powerful central air conditioning ensures that all three bedrooms remain cool. When the bedroom doors are open, this system ensures a comfortable climate for everyone.

The fully equipped kitchen is seamlessly connected to the living room, equipped with air conditioning and a smart TV. A glass covered terrace, an extension of the living space, ensures that everyone finds a comfortable place.

Descend to the lower level, where a studio awaits you, just in front of the pool. The studio offers a bathroom and a simple kitchen/living area. The outdoor area is an oasis with a covered veranda with table and chairs for 8 people, a private garden, refreshing swimming pool with sunbeds, table tennis and a spacious charcoal barbecue for unforgettable gatherings. Total privacy is guaranteed as the pool and garden levels are behind the house and slightly lower than street level.

Convenient parking with a one car garage and additional gated parking for one more car.
The villa has free high-speed WiFi. Baby cot and high chair on request.
Well-behaved pets are also welcome.


Groups of young people under 25 years of age and parties are not allowed in this house. Families and couples looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday are very welcome.
