The upper floor features three bedrooms, one double with en suite bathroom and another twin and one twin, plus another bathroom. In the sleeping area, a powerful central air conditioning ensures that all three bedrooms stay cool. When the doors of the bedrooms are open, this system ensures a comfortable climate for everyone.
The fully equipped kitchen connects seamlessly to the living room, which is equipped with air conditioning and a smart TV. A glazed covered terrace, an extension of the living space, ensures that everyone finds a comfortable place.
Descend to the lower level, where a studio awaits you, just before the pool. The studio offers a bathroom and a basic kitchen/living area. The outdoor area is an oasis with a covered porch with table and chairs for 8 people, a private garden, refreshing swimming pool with sunbeds, table tennis and a spacious charcoal barbecue for unforgettable gatherings. Total privacy is guaranteed, as the pool and garden levels are behind the house and are slightly lower than the street level.
