Located in the "Vizcondado de Cabanyes" area of Calonge, just 5 minutes from the daily shops and about 8/9 minutes from the beaches. South facing with fantastic views over hills, sea, Calonge and Palamos.

Cozy living-dining room and direct access to the pool and terrace. Complete semi-open kitchen with direct access to terrace, including BBQ. WIFI and international TV available. Furthermore, 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with toilet, spacious driveway with space for cars. The driveway is closed with a gate.
The villa has wifi throughout the villa, a smart TV with chromecast, washing machine and dryer.

This villa in Vizcondado de Cabanyes is also a great starting point for trips to Girona, Barcelona, Dali Museums and the Pyrenees. Airports are resp. 30 minutes (Girona) and 90 minutes (Barcelona). There are also many opportunities for water sports, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, horseback riding and (water) parks. For golfers, no fewer than seven top courses of all 18 to 36 holes are available within a 30-minute drive.

Hello Everyone, We are Diana and Wilbert, managers of several villas on the Costa Brava. In particular the beautiful region of Calonge, Playa d'Aro, Santa Cristina d'Aro and S'agaro. Each place has its own characteristic element. This part of the Costa Brava has something for everyone.

Explanation of prices

Payment Condition:
Your booking is final when 50% of the total rent has been received.
50% of the total rent must be paid within 3 days after signing the rental contract.
The remaining 50% must be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date.

Cancellation condition:
Reservations can be canceled by means of communication by e-mail or registered letter, with the following cancellation costs:
- free cancellation up to 8 days after reservation date.
- 30% of the total rent if canceled 8 days after the reservation date up to 8 weeks before arrival
- 60% of the total rent if canceled 8 to 4 weeks before the arrival date.
- 100% of the total rent if canceled less than 4 weeks before the arrival date.

Additional costs ¨Electricity¨ is described as the use of an electric car, this must be indicated when booking (including the number of electric cars) so that it can be included in the contract.
