The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 of which include air conditioning, 4 bathrooms, a dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room. 2 of the bedrooms can only be reached from outside and each has its own bathroom. From the living room and the 3 bedrooms upstairs you step directly onto the sunny terrace with a roof, so that you can sit in the shade during the hot days with a view of the swimming pool and the valley. In addition, the house offers parking for 3 cars and 1 charging station. The swimming pool and the large green garden can be reached from the terrace via a staircase. The swimming pool is heated for the slightly colder days by means of a heat pump and solar panels.

Calonge is a town and municipality in the province of Girona on the Costa Blanca. The municipality has two major centers. Historic Calonge, about 4 kilometers inland, and Sant Antoni de Calonge, a former fishing village that developed into a modern seaside resort during the 1970s. Historic Calonge has several supermarkets, a greengrocer's shop, a bakery, a post office and several Spanish restaurants where you can enjoy Paella or a Cerveza in one of the bars during lunch.
