This beautiful double house consists of two living areas. On the ground floor we find a covered terrace that gives access to a cozy little sitting room with a nice bar with kitchenette. There is one large bedroom with air conditioning and private bathroom and a double bedroom with bathroom. Via the stairs we enter the beautiful kitchen and from here there are 3 bedrooms on the right, two with double beds and both with air conditioning and one with a bunk bed. On the left is the large sitting/dining room with a large glass back wall overlooking the garden with the beautiful swimming pool. From the side of the lounge there are steps down to the swimming pool which is also accessed from the lower living area. The villa is located in a quiet urbanization just 5 minutes drive from Platja daro and 10 minutes from Calonge. Ideal for spending the holiday with two families where there is enough space for privacy and to be together.
