Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (excluded) before the start of the rental period: free of charge.

In case of cancellation between 90 days (inclusive) and 42 days (excluded) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation between 42 days (inclusive) and 28 days (excluded) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation between 28 days (inclusive) and 14 days (excluded) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only gives notice on the day the rental period begins or during the rental period that they will no longer use the rented property, the tenant continues to be responsible for paying the full rental price.

Villa Violetas, the second to last house is a dead end street so very quiet (garage is private). Stairs cannot be avoided, so unfortunately not suitable for the disabled.
