You will find this super luxurious modern villa with beautiful views in a beautiful location on the Costa Brava. The well-maintained garden with (optional) heated swimming pool has palm trees, various seating areas, sun beds and barbecue. There are various covered seating areas around the villa. The villa is located 5 minutes from the sandy beach of Sant Antoni de Calonge and near Palamos and Playa d'Aro.

On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the utility room, the spacious living room, bedroom with walk-in bathroom, separate toilet and the hall. In the living room there is a Smart television including Canal digital and WIFI. There is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge-freezer combination, an electric hob, electric oven, microwave, Senseo, Nespresso and toaster.

From the hall you can go to the first floor where there are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a roof terrace attached to the largest bedroom. The bedrooms (except the children's bedroom) and the living room have air conditioning. An optional single bed can be added in the largest bedroom. The children's bedroom has a ceiling fan.
