This villa is located on top of a hill in Calonge. It has a beautiful view of land and sea and is surrounded on three sides by forest. It is a quiet place, but also close to the old town of Calonge, the beach of Sant Antoni de Calonge and Palamos. In the vicinity are many restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Three bedrooms. One with a double bed, ceiling fan and access to a private bathroom. A second bedroom with a double bed and ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a loft bed.
In the hallway to the bedrooms there is also one of the air conditioning units. Both bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet. The washing machine is in one of the bathrooms.
Screen doors in the dining room and in one of the bedrooms. The two other bedrooms have mosquito nets.

Outside

Fenced plot. Lying directly in the forest on three sides with a view of the sea at the front. Front is south facing. Multiple terraces on different levels - one of which is covered - with views over land and sea. Swimming pool is south facing and is exposed to the sun all day. Swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost. Outdoor shower available. Outdoor tables (2) and (lounge) chairs. Gas barbecue and stone barbecue. Outdoor and pool lighting. Table tennis table. Driveway for several cars (lockable).
