Many beaches and coves can be found in the immediate vicinity, such as the beach of Sant Antoni de Calonge within 10 minutes and the port and beach of Palamós with historic center within a 15-minute drive.
The privately located Casa Alegre has a beautiful swimming pool, for swimming or relaxing on the sunbeds, a large terrace covered with pergola with beautiful views of the green surroundings.
At street level is the entrance of the house, where you enter on the 1st floor.
From the hall access to the garage, here is the washing machine and an extra refrigerator (not for parking the car); Can be used for your bicycle, for example. Your car can be parked on the street.
From the hall there is a bedroom with box spring/double (hotel quality) with terrace overlooking the garden and pool, next to it a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink; In addition, the 2nd bedroom with box springs/2x 1-person (of hotel quality), with access to the terrace.
