Villa Destiny

Villa Destiny is a beautiful spacious villa located in a quiet residential area, near the center of lively coastal town Calella.
In a 15min walk or 3min ride you reach all amenities: beach, boulevard, shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Enjoy the large sandy beach of Calella with many beach bars and water sport activities. For those looking for more secluded beaches, the beautiful small sandy creeks of Sant Pol de Mar between rocks and pine trees, are just a 5min drive away.

Barcelona can be easily reached by train which departs from Calella every 30min, or by car. Both rides take about 45min.

You enter Villa Destiny via the car port which will take you to the open-air parking space for 3 cars. More cars can be parked on the street in front of the villa.
From here you enter the former garage which has been converted into a large spare dining space with kitchenette. Ideal for the kids to play games or youngsters to have a space for their own. On this level there is a full bathroom adapted for disabled people / wheelchair.

One floor up is the ground floor where you’ll find the large entrance hall. From the hall you access the living room on one side and direct access to the pool area. On the other side of the hall you access the dining room and large modern fully equipped kitchen. Separate toilet on this floor.
At the garden you’ll enjoy the private swimming pool, exterior dining table, BBQ and lounge area.
The whole exterior area is beautifully set to enjoy the pool during the day and chill out during the warm summer evenings.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms:
- master bedroom (double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with bath tub).
- double bedroom (double bed).
- double bedroom (two single beds).
- double bedroom (two single beds).
- two more bathrooms (with shower)

On the second floor there are three more double bedrooms, each with double bed.
Washing room with washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment.

All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Elevator (from street level to first floor).
Free wifi.

* One bath towel set and one beach towel per person are included.

* Unfortunately we do not accept groups of youngsters. The minimum age is 28.
