Villa Aloe is a townhouse with a large garden, private pool and sea views, located in a quiet residential area less than 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes walk from the centre and the beach of Calella.
It is characterized by its large pool area with a large private pool and a large pergola with outdoor dining area, BBQ and chill out corner.
The property is accessed at street level, where you can park your car for free in the car park directly opposite the entrance across the street.
An external staircase leads to the house, which consists of two floors.
GROUND FLOOR
On the main floor you will find the bright living room with television and direct access to the front terrace which has a second dining table and sea views. Fully equipped kitchen.
The living room has a separate double sofa bed.
Separate toilet in the hallway, including laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
FIRST FLOOR
On the upper floor you will find:
- Master bedroom with double bed (160cm), en-suite bathroom (with shower) and direct access to the balcony with sea views.
- 2 more double bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm).
- Second separate full bathroom, with bathtub.
On this floor you will find the beautiful outdoor area with sea views, a large private swimming pool, sun loungers and a covered dining area with a large dining table, barbecue and chill-out corner. There is also a second kitchen that includes a fridge and a separate bathroom with toilet and shower, right next to the outdoor dining area, making it ideal for cooking and enjoying the outdoor area without having to go down to the living room.

In 15-20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car you will reach all the services that Calella has to offer: beach, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. In the house you will find our information brochure with all our recommendations of the area!
Enjoy the wide sandy beach of Calella with numerous beach bars and water sports. For those looking for more secluded beaches, the beautiful coves of Sant Pol de Mar, among rocks and pine trees, are just a 5-minute drive away.
The Costa Brava is a 20-minute drive away.
You can easily reach Barcelona by train that leaves Calella every 30 minutes, or by car (45 min).
