The villa was completely renovated in 2023 and is suitable for 6 people, including 2 children (bunk bed). .

This is a family house, best suited for couples or families with children. This is not a home for groups of friends looking to party, we value the privacy of our home and the beautiful natural surroundings.

The villa is quietly located on a spacious plot of 2000 m2 with a beautiful unobstructed view. You walk out of the gate (automatically operated) and into the woods where you can walk and cycle for many hours.

Explanation of prices

If, for whatever reason, the tenant returns to the rented property at the agreed time
cannot, will or will not accept the date, he must inform the landlord accordingly

If the tenant cancels the agreement in a period of up to 6 weeks
before the start date of the rental period, it remains 30% of the rental price
owed; for cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks up to
start date of the rental period 50%.
If the tenant only on the start date or during the rental period
informs you that you will no longer use the rented property
