Villa Bella Vista is nestled in the beautiful residential bay of Cala Santa Cristina, offering breathtaking sea views and just moments away from two of the most pristine sandy beaches on the Costa Brava. The secluded beaches are easily accessible either by a 15-minute walk or a short 3-minute drive.
This tastefully decorated villa combines comfort with the charm of its surroundings, providing all the amenities for a carefree and enjoyable stay. As the villa's name suggests, the views from the terraces, most of the bedrooms, and the pool area are absolutely spectacular!
VILLA LAYOUT
On street level you'll find a private garage offering secure parking for your car. Additional free parking is available on the street in front of the villa.
GROUND FLOOR
Just one flight of stairs up, you'll be greeted by the spacious living area, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, a large separate dining table, and a cozy second sitting area with a Smart TV.
Separate toilet with shower.
From the living room and kitchen, step outside to the terrace, where you'll find an exterior table under the pergola, BBQ and chill-out corner.
FIRST FLOOR:
One the first floor you'll find the four bedrooms:
- Master bedroom (double bed) with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony with stunning sea views.
- Second double bedroom (double bed) and access to the balcony.
- Third double bedroom (two single beds).
- The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids, with two sets of bunk beds.
- A separate bathroom with a bathtub on this floor as well.
COMFORT
All bedrooms have built-in closets and are equipped with air conditioning. The villa is also fitted with central heating for the winter months.
POOL AREA
One level up, you’ll find a private pool (7x4 meters) surrounded by sun loungers and a parasol. This area enjoys sunshine all day long, offering the perfect spot to relax while enjoying the panoramic Mediterranean views.
BEACHES & ATTRACTIONS
The stunning beaches of Cala Treumal and Cala Santa Cristina are just a short walk (15 minutes) or drive (3 minutes) away. Both beaches offer a range of water activities, sunbeds, showers, lifeguards, and the charming "Cala Treumal" restaurant for a seaside dining experience. Other must-see beaches nearby include Cala Sant Francesc, Cala Sa Boadella, and Cala Canyelles.
The town center of Blanes is a mere 5-minute drive away, where you’ll find a marina, a lively promenade, and a wide selection of shops and restaurants. The villa also includes a welcome booklet with our personal recommendations to help you discover the best local hotspots!
