En esta planta encontrará la sala de estar con chimenea y Smart TV, la mesa de comedor interior y una segunda pequeña terraza frente al salón con vistas al mar.
Cocina totalmente equipada con balcón con barbacoa y otra pequeña zona de comer.
En esta planta hay un dormitorio doble con baño en suite (con bañera). Este dormitorio tiene ventilador de techo.

En el primer piso se encuentran:
- Dormitorio con dos camas individuales (que se pueden juntar) y acceso a una terraza lateral con sofá chill-out. Este dormitorio tiene ventilador de techo.

Wi-Fi gratis.
Las dos habitaciones superiores tienen aire acondicionado. Las otras tres habitaciones tienen ventilador de techo.

Garaje privado para un coche. Se pueden estacionar más coches dentro de la propiedad en la rampa o en la calle frente a la villa.

En el precio de alquiler también se incluye el acceso al club privado de la urbanización con piscina grande, piscina infantil, pista de tenis, bar y columpios para niños. Acceso gratuito al parking privado cerca de la playa, donde podrá estacionar su coche gratuitamente y andar los últimos metros hacia la playa.

La bonita y famosa playa de Cala Sant Francesc se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie (bajando por una escalera atajo) o a 2 minutos en coche. Puede aparcar su coche de forma gratuita en el aparcamiento privado cerca de la playa. La playa de arena tiene actividades acuáticas, restaurante, duchas y socorrista.

On the ground floor you’ll find the beautiful pool area and garden with natural grass. Large pool of 10x4m with salt system. Surrounded by wooden deck with sun loungers and exterior dining area with parasol.
On this floor there’s also the living area with Smart TV, interior dining table and second small terrace.
Fully equipped kitchen with balcony with BBQ and another small dining area.
On this floor there is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with bath tub). This bedroom has a ceiling fan.

On the first floor you’ll find:
- Bedroom with two single beds (that can be put together) and access to a side terrace with lounge area. This bedroom has a ceiling fan.
- Another bedroom with two single beds (ideal for kids) and access to the same side terrace with lounge area. This bedroom has a ceiling fan.
- Bathroom (with shower).

On the second floor (top floor) you’ll find:
- Double bedroom with access to the roof terrace and stunning sea views. With ensuite bathroom (with shower). This bedrooms has air conditioning.
- Separate open space (without curtains) with a double sofa-bed, ideal for kids.
- Another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower) with access to the roof terrace and stunning sea views. This bedrooms has Smart TV and air conditioning.

The two top bedrooms have AC, the other three bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Private garage for one car. More cars can be parking inside the property on the ramp, or on the street in front of the villa.

You also have access to the private club in the bay with large pool, children pool, tennis court, bar and playground for the kids. Including a remote control for private parking near the beach.

The beautiful beach of Cala Sant Francesc is a 10-min walk or a 2-min drive. You can park your car for free on the private parking near the beach. The sandy beach has water activities, a nice restaurant, showers and life guard.
