You park your car inside the fence and enter the house. Through the hall you enter the spacious living room which gives direct access to a lovely covered terrace and the garden. The semi-open kitchen is of course fully equipped.
Through the hall you reach three 2-person bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a guest toilet. From the outside you enter the studio which also has an ensuite bathroom, plus a double bed and direct access to the garden.
The garden is really great! Through a beautiful sloping lawn you reach the large private swimming pool, of 5 by 10 meters, surrounded by beautiful pine trees. And of course a beautiful view of the sea and the bay of Sa Riera. Both by the pool and on several sides of the house are well-appointed terraces and there is a large barbecue.
The beach of Sa Riera is about 2 km away. In the other direction it is also about 2 kilometers to the cozy old town of Begur. You can see the castle from your terrace. Especially in the evening this is a beautiful sight!
A 10-minute drive away are the beautiful golf courses of Platja de Pals and a little further also those of Emporda Golf Club. Rent a boat in Sa Tuna or Aiguablava and discover the beautiful coast of this beautiful stretch of Spanish coast.
