This pretty stone house is located in the small village of Fonolleres, offering an ideal place to relax and enjoy the surrounding countryside. The property maintains its rustic charm with stone walls, vaulted ceilings and wooden beams. It is distributed over two floors, on the ground floor are most of the bedrooms and bathrooms with the upper level offering the main living area (plus a further bedroom and bathroom).
You enter the house via a pretty patio and parking parking area, leading to:

Entrance hall leading to the bedrooms/bathrooms and a staircase to access the upper floor.
On this level there are 3 bedrooms with double beds (two with en- suite with bath/shower) and one room with three single beds, 2 additional shower rooms.
The double bedded rooms have doors leading to the pool area.
Upstairs:
We are greeted by a nice reading/TV room. Rustic style well equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances: American fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove with oven. Very spacious dining room with a large wooden table, living room with large fires place and access to a very pretty covered terrace with BBQ and dining table. From the living room is a door leading to an external staircase that takes you to the private pool and garden. The fifth bedroom (twin beds) with en-suite shower room is also on this level.
