Due to the new legislation that came into force on August 2, 2024 in the comunidad Valenciana, we can only offer our apartment on rental platforms such as micazu for 10 full days (10 nights) consecutively. 

Our apartment is furnished with a lot of love and detail for comfort. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating, air conditioning, WIFI, TV Vlaanderen with 3 Belgian football channels, underground parking, a terrace, etc.

The domain has 3 swimming pools, 2 petanque courts, a playground and a padel court. 

Within walking distance you will find the famous Villamartin plaza. There are plenty of restaurants, cocktail lounges, pubs and live bands that come to play.

There are also 2 bicycles available. In the vicinity there are also large supermarkets such as mercadona and aldi.

As icing on the cake, there is a large private roof terrace furnished with lounge furniture, an outdoor kitchen, sun loungers and a table. All this has a beautiful view of the swimming pools. So you can enjoy the Spanish outdoors all year round.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Low season: 395 euros per week
Jan, Feb, March, April, May, Oct, Nov, Dec

Mid season: 595 euros per week
June and September

High season: 695 euros per week
July and August

All Belgian school holidays except July/August.
(crocus, Easter, autumn and Christmas holidays) is 495 euros per week.

Consumption: water and electricity is 80 Kwh per week or 10 Kwh per day. In case of additional consumption, 0.30 euros per Kwh will be charged.

Mandatory final cleaning + linen washing is 85 euros.

Mandatory deposit is 250 euros. This will be returned to you within a week after your stay if everything is left intact and clean. Any additional consumption of the electricity will be settled with this.

All amenities are included in the price and free to use.
