This modern apartment is located close to Villamartin Plaza and the Villamartin Golf Course. At about 5 kilometers you will find the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca South. In the area you will also find plenty of nice restaurants and cafes to enjoy a wonderful holiday. This apartment is also very suitable for longer stays.

The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen so that you can also cook well at home or have a drink. The apartment is located on the second floor which can be reached via an elevator. The orientation of the spacious balcony is to the southeast so that you can sit in the sun in the morning until the afternoon. From the balcony you have a nice view over the communal gardens and communal swimming pools.

The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200). This bedroom also offers an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, toilet and spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200). You can park your car safely in the underground parking garage. In the parking garage there is also a possibility to park your own bicycles. Pets are not allowed in this holiday home. In addition, smoking is not allowed inside.

Our rental prices and rentals are subject to our general rental conditions, which you will receive upon booking.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be reported to the landlord in writing as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, the tenant will owe the following to the landlord:
- in case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental period: the full
deposit that has been made with the reservation of the house.
- in case of cancellation between the 42nd and the first day of the rental period or later: 100%
of the total rent of the stay plus the administration costs.
