Welcome to our beautiful non-smoking studio located 10 minutes walk from the best beach of Torrevieja La Mata! This comfortable studio is ideal for couples looking for a beach holiday in the sunny south of Spain. Fantastic location with access to the beach and pool. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby, so you always have something to do. Please note! The person who books must be 25 years or older, due to youth groups.
The space – 1 bedrooms 1 bathroom with kitchen. Our newly renovated studio includes a spacious living room with air conditioning, 49" smart TV, high speed Wi-Fi, a comfortable, a dining area with table for 2 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, washing machine, electric stove, electric oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, crockery and various kitchen appliances.
Modern bathroom with shower, toilet paper, towels.
For the beach there is 2 nice beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, cooler bag.
For shopping, there is a handy shopping cart in the apartment.
The studio is located on the ground floor.

Bus stop is within walking distance of the apartment (5 min).
The bus stop has a direct connection to Alicante airport.
The bus stop also has easy routes to various shopping centers.
Air conditioning is both to cool and heat the rooms.
