Pure enjoyment at La Playa next to the beach
At apartment La Playa in Torrevieja, Spain, it is pure enjoyment. The apartment is a stone's throw from Playa los locos beach and around the corner from the residence there are 3 swimming pools that are open from mid-June to mid-September. There are plenty of dining options available on the beach with something for everyone. There is also a private car park available where you can park your car for free. You can also park for free on the street. Step out the door and score breakfast at the supermarket around the corner. Enjoy the balcony with the sun all day or a day by the pool. Torrevieja is also a great base to visit cities such as Alicante, Valencia, Cartagena, Altea, Calpe, Murcia. These cities are all located within a 2-hour drive. This way you can combine an entire holiday with visiting fun things and relaxing.
Apartment
To give you a good idea, we will tell you everything about our nice apartment. The apartment has an area of 50m2 in total with a lovely sunny balcony and has 1 bedroom for 2 people of 150cm (possibility of cot and high chair free of charge), living room with kitchen, dining table and a sofa that can be extended into a sofa bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine, a balcony with sun all day long on the south side. On the balcony you can enjoy the tranquility of the courtyard. Tip: Start your day in the sun on the balcony for a smile on your face.
Sleeping at La Playa
The apartment has 1 bedroom with a comfortable bed of 150cm wide. We have cloudpillow pillows for comfort. The bedding is included in the price.
In the living room we also have a sofa bed to slide out of 145cm wide. This is a new sofa and can possibly be put on a topper for comfort. This sofa bed is suitable for 2 children or young adults. We also have a cot that can be set up. This is free of charge.
Free parking and bicycle storage
Parking on the street is free anyway. There is also a shielded parking space that can be used. This is also free. There is also a bicycle shed for your bicycles here.
How is the apartment located
The apartment is accessible from the street side by stairs (20 steps with railing). The apartment itself is not on the street side but on a quiet side.
How do other guests describe the apartment
By previous guests, the apartment is described as a nice place with a comfortable bed, cozy well-furnished living room with everything you need and guests especially enjoy the sunny balcony.
Distance from Alicante airport: 40 minutes by car or by bus that goes directly from airport to Torrevieja station. A transfer is also possible on request.
Distance to main bus station: 1km There is an option to take a direct bus from Airport to this bus station(7 euros)
Distance to bike rental: 8 minutes walk at BIKE rent bicycles can be rented for the time that is desired
Distance to supermarket: 3 minutes walk to Consum
Distance to Playa los Locos beach: 8 minutes walk (other beaches are located on foot from 15 minutes)
Distance to Pools: There are 3 swimming pools in the district of which 1 pool is in the next street a 2 minute walk away. The other pools 3 to 5 minutes walk. These pools are open from June to September and are free to visit.
Outside these months there is another swimming pool a 12-minute walk away which is open for an entrance fee. Here you get a bed at Aldea mar. This pool is then open from mid-May to mid-October

When you request or book, we provide you with a digital information folder with all the information about the tastiest restaurants, what can be visited in the area, all information about the convenience of check-in and check-out by our host and everything you need to know for a great stay. When you make the application, you will receive 2 emails. 1 email with the welcome greeting. The other email is about the deposit that must be made within 4 days. With this deposit you fix the dates.
