The cozy bungalow is on the ground floor in a secluded child-safe green residential park with a super nice swimming pool and always plenty of sun. The bungalow has a terrace at the front where there is a good view of the pool, with nice furniture and lots of greenery, where the sea is already visible. At the rear is a large enclosed patio with afternoon and evening sun, a garden room with a bunk bed, here are also nice garden furniture. Spacious bedroom with air conditioning, Large bathroom and sofa bed in the living room There are 2 ceiling fans.
Inside is everything you need such as TV / internet, books, board games, washing machine, refrigerator, fully equipped kitchen, cozy sitting area with sofa and all necessary linen including beach towels. A beach cart with beach equipment is available.
The shops, restaurants and parks are within walking distance.
The city bus stops nearby in a few places, the bus to Alicante is just around the corner.
