Welcome to Cosy Casa Nalia! A beautiful, modern furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Nalia Resort in Torrevieja. The ideal place to enjoy the Spanish sun, relaxation and all that the Costa Blanca has to offer with family or friends.
Of course, sun is never guaranteed, but with an average of 320 days of sunshine per year, the chance of wonderful weather is very high! ☀️
Comfortable enjoyment
The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, both equipped with a comfortable double bed, and two modern bathrooms. There is room for up to four people. The little ones have also been thought of: a cot and high chair are available.
The modern kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all necessary appliances. Thanks to the air conditioning in the apartment, you can stay cool even during the hot summer days.
For a relaxing evening at home, there is a Smart TV with a wide range of TV channels and streaming services such as Netflix and Disney+.
A resort with plenty of possibilities
The Nalia Resort makes your holiday extra special. You can use no less than three swimming pools, which are open all year round, and a lovely jacuzzi.
There is also a nice playground for the children. Do you prefer to be active? Then you can go to the padel court, the mini golf course or the sports equipment available.
The apartment also has its own parking space in the underground parking garage.
Discover the Costa Blanca
The resort is located in Los Balcones, a quiet and popular residential area on the outskirts of Torrevieja. You stay here outside the hustle and bustle of the center, but still close to all amenities.
Within a few minutes' drive you can reach the Mediterranean Sea and beautiful beaches such as Punta Prima and Playa La Zenia.
In the immediate vicinity you will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. The well-known shopping centres Habaneras and La Zenia Boulevard are also a short drive away. Here you can shop extensively, eat well and enjoy the cozy Spanish atmosphere.
There is also plenty to do for sports enthusiasts. Tennis and padel clubs are available in the area, and more than 15 golf courses are a short drive away.
Alicante airport is about a 45 minute drive.

Thanks to the mild climate and the many sunny days, Torrevieja is also a wonderful destination to escape the Dutch winter.
