Welcome to our beautiful non-smoking apartment 4 minutes walk from the best beach of Torrevieja -Playa Del Cura! In addition, it is located directly on the beautiful center of Torrevieja. This comfortable apartment is ideal for couples and families looking for a beach holiday in the sunny south of Spain. Fantastic location with access to the natural pools of Torrevieja. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby, so you always have something to do. Please note! The person who books must be 22 years or older, due to youth groups.
The space – 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with kitchen and balcony. Our newly renovated apartment includes a spacious living room with air conditioning, 55" smart TV, high speed Wi-Fi, a comfortable new sofa, a dining area with table for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, washing machine, electric stove, electric oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, crockery and various kitchen appliances. New balcony to enjoy your coffee.
There are also 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 with comfortable double bed and 1 with comfortable pull-out bed for 2 people. Both have new mattresses.
Modern bathroom with shower, toilet paper, towels.
For the beach there is 2 nice beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, cooler bag.
For shopping, there is a handy shopping cart in the apartment.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a building with an elevator.

The bus stop has a direct connection to Alicante airport.
The bus stop also has easy routes to various shopping centers.
Air conditioning is both to cool and heat the rooms.
