Since March 2022, we, Deborah and Dieter, have been the proud owners of Casa unica. Together with our 3 daughters, we escape the Belgian rush for a while and immerse ourselves in Spanish life for a moment.

We would like to share this wonderful, sun-drenched place with you. We have created exactly the place here that we were always looking for. During our travels we prefer to discover stylish hotels or original casas. Such a stay where attention has been paid to the furnishings.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant cancels up to 3 months before the stay, the deposit will be withheld as compensation. If the tenant cancels between 2 months before the stay and the stay itself, the full rental amount will be withheld. In the event of cancellation by the landlord, the full amount paid will be refunded.
