Casa Safra is located in a luxurious, safe and neat urbanization where young and old will find something to their liking! Swimming pool, padel court, mini golf, playground, beautiful flower wall, fountains,... are included and available free of charge during your stay! The daily gardener ensures that everything remains neat and safe! The key manager/handyman and the owner live nearby; so you can always count on quick answers and solutions to questions/problems!

Casa Safra is located on the ground floor and therefore very easily accessible without having to do stairs; ideal for those who are less mobile or travel with children! (baby cot always available!)
When entering the house you enter the hall where you can store your shoes in the shoe cabinet. Through the hall you enter the open kitchen/living room where you have a view of your personal sun terrace.
You can find a good night's rest in 1 of the 2 bedrooms; each room has air conditioning / heating, shutters and mosquito windows.
The master bedroom has a walk-in dressing where you can store your clothes neatly. The second bedroom has built-in wardrobes and 2 single beds that you can also push together if you want.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, fridge / freezer, ...
In the bathroom you can enjoy a spacious walk-in shower.
You can best use the house by sliding the windows completely open; this allows you to experience the outdoors to the fullest!
Eating outside, sunbathing, relaxing? It's possible! The south-facing terrace/garden, which can be completely covered, allows you to enjoy the outdoors in any weather; both in summer and in "winter"!
The luxurious loungers are of course also available to our guests; just like the luxurious lounge set.

The large communal swimming pool, jacuzzi and courtyard with padel/minigolf/playground can be reached through the entrance gate of the garden! Close by to enjoy the full accommodation to the fullest!

You get 320 days of sunshine a year and the healthiest air in Europe for free!

Make use of the public transport which stops right outside and takes you to the various beaches in minutes or use the always available reliable taxis! Prefer a rental car available? We are happy to refer you to a reliable and financially interesting local car rental company! You can park safely in the personally reserved underground parking space under the house (optional)!

Explanation of prices

We ask for a 25% deposit to finalize the booking.
The remaining amount must be paid 6 weeks before your arrival.
The deposit must be paid within 7 calendar days after confirmation of the reservation
After receipt of payment, the reservation is definitively confirmed and the rental agreement is concluded. In the event of cancellation by the tenant after this confirmation, costs will therefore be due as included in the rental agreement.
In the event of cancellation by the tenant within 2 months before the arrival date, a fee of 25% of the rent (ie excluding costs and deposit) is payable by the tenant with a minimum of 75 euros; in the event of cancellation within 1 month before the arrival date, this compensation will be the full rent.
The deposit will be refunded within 3 working days after departure if the accommodation is returned clean. That means kitchen and tableware is clean and stored, no waste is left behind, the oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine are left clean and there is no damage or missing inventory. All such costs will be deducted from the deposit.
The agreed rental amount includes the cost of electricity up to a maximum of 80 kWh per week. All electricity costs that exceed this will be settled at a rate of € 0.35 per Kwh. This is deducted from the deposit.
