Casa Rayo De Sol is located 30 minutes from Alicante airport. Our beautiful newly furnished apartment is located just 50 meters from the promenade/beach Playa del Cura. And 400 meters from Los locos beach. There is a supermarket and bus stop around the corner and restaurants and other amenities within walking distance.

Casa Rayo De Sol has 3 bedrooms with all modern comforts (air conditioning and fans).
1 Bathroom with shower & toilet and can accommodate up to 6 people. Everything is provided to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Kitchen is equipped with new appliances including washing machine.

Included are the use of bed and bath linen.
Fiber internet and even TV with Dutch and Belgian and English channels.

There is a patio with a dartboard for fun. And at the table with bar stools you can use our menus. There is also a communal roof terrace with sea views, which is accessible by elevator.
There are 2 beach chairs with umbrella waiting for you for use.

It is a child friendly stay. There are children's toys and beach stuff. We offer a high chair and baby bed for a fee (25 euros).

We are Michael and Sanne, and our love for Spain started with many holidays in this sunny country. During these trips, the idea arose to create a place of our own, a place that we could go to more often and that we could share with others. That's how Casa Rayo De Sol was born. Our first apartment, Casa Rayo De Sol, was a dream come true.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

At Casa Rayo De Sol, we understand that plans can sometimes change. That's why we've put in place a clear and fair cancellation policy.
If you cancel within four weeks of your scheduled arrival, you will be charged 100% of the deposit.
Cancellations made six weeks before arrival will result in the loss of 75% of the deposit. For cancellations made eight weeks in advance, 50% of the deposit will be retained.
Finally, if the cancellation is made ten weeks or more before the arrival date, you will lose 40% of the deposit.
