Welcome to Casa Panadera: a lovely 4-person apartment in the popular seaside resort of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca. The apartment is part of the Villa de Mar 2 complex and is a 10-minute walk from the center. The beach is only 700 meters away. In Torrevieja you imagine yourself in a real Spanish city where people meet in the many cozy tapas bars.

Cozy restaurants
On the boulevard of Torrevieja you can choose from many cozy restaurants with both Spanish and international dishes. You can walk past the many souvenir shops here. Torrevieja also has an impressive marina with many (sailing) boats. This gives the city a maritime atmosphere.

Free Wifi and free use of swimming pool
At the complex there is a lovely swimming pool that you can use for free. The apartment has a TV with all Dutch channels, and you have free wifi. For the winter months, the apartment has a radiator heater. The apartment has a new kitchen and bathroom. It has 2 bedrooms and a lovely balcony.

Why go to Torrevieja?
Torrevieja has not yet been discovered by the Dutch tourist! You hear and see many Spaniards here who have their holiday apartment or house here. So big hotels and resorts can't be found here. As a result, the authentic Spanish atmosphere has been preserved! There is a lot to see and do in and around Torrevieja. A top attraction are the 2 salt lakes (Las Salinas de Torrevieja) and its national park. Here you can make beautiful walking and cycling trips and the salt water from the lakes is very healthy for your skin.
On Fridays, a visit to the market of Torrevieja is recommended. It is said that this is one of the largest markets in Spain! Buy fresh fruits, vegetables and olives here. But you can also indulge yourself here for clothing and souvenirs. Also visit the cities of Murcia, Alicante or even Valencia. This is doable by car as a day trip. There are also two shopping centers nearby where you can shop to your heart's content: La Zenia boulevard and Habanera shopping boulevard. Both shopping centres have a free covered car park. Or spend a day at the Aquapark Auqopolis. And last but not least: with 7 wonderful beaches, you will experience a wonderful day at the beach in Torrevieja. Playa del Cura is just a 7-minute walk from the apartment.
In short: you won't be bored for a moment!

Nice that you show interest in my apartment Casa Panadera. In 2017 I bought this apartment and renovated it considerably (new kitchen and new bathroom, new blinds). I definitely stay here a few times a year (from a long weekend to a few weeks) and I still discover new places, cities, beaches in the Torrevieja area. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

a week consists of 6 nights / 7 days,

OTHER CONDITIONS;

After a reservation, the rent must be paid within 14 days.
If a reservation is made within 14 days before departure, the rental sum must be paid immediately.
After receipt of payment of the rental sum, the reservation is final and the period is blocked in the calendar.
Additional costs that are not included in the rental price:
- A deposit of €200 applies per reservation. This will be refunded after renting the apartment (damage to the apartment will be deducted from the deposit.)
- mandatory cleaning costs: €85 per reservation. To be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment.
- rental of bath, bed and kitchen linen: € 10 per person. To be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment.
- For arrivals or departures between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM and between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, a surcharge of €25 applies at check-in or check-out.
  If you arrive or leave at night (between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM), a surcharge of €50 applies at check-in or check-out.
  This surcharge also applies when the check-in or check-out date falls on the following dates: January 1, December 25 & 26 and December 31. Surcharge to be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment.
