This modern house is less than 2 kilometers from the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. At about 200 meters is a large shopping center with supermarket.

In many places you can look for the cosiness, but also enjoy the peace and quiet! This house is on the ground floor and offers a cozy living room, fully equipped and modern kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms.
At the front of this holiday home is a terrace overlooking the front garden with a bbq and a lounge set. This allows you to enjoy the sun in the morning, afternoon and evening. The living room has a modern leather sofa, a lovely lounge chair, a 4-person dining table and a flat screen television.
Here you can watch all Dutch, Flemish and international television channels.
In addition, there is also WiFi available in this modern house.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator, hob, oven, etc.
One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has 2 single beds.
The bedrooms offer plenty of options to store all your clothes. The spacious bathrooms have sinks, toilets and walk-in showers.
At about 50 meters is the communal swimming pool with a beautiful garden where you can also relax.

No pets are allowed in this house.
In addition, smoking is not allowed inside.

Key transfer: Key transfer is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day of your stay from 15:00. On the day of departure, you normally leave the house before 11:00 am. In consultation with the manager, other times are possible.
Upon your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible.
They will welcome you and hand over the keys with you personally and give you some useful tips about the surrounding area.
There is a bus stop 200m from the apartment.
