We are Mellanie and Dominique, proud owners of a beautiful 2-bedroom bungalow in sunny Torrevieja (Spain). We are happy to make our bungalow available for holiday rental and winter visitors who are looking for comfort, peace and sun.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), the tenant will continue to owe the full rent

Villa Salvia is a wonderful place to spend your holiday with everything nearby, sun, sea, beach and charming villages, including the nearby Moraira. From the terrace you have a view of the valley that connects Benissa and Moraira.
