Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

1) Free Cancellation

Cancellations made up to 30 days before the check-in date are completely free of charge. The tenant will receive a full refund.

2) Partial Refund

For cancellations between 30 days and 7 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total rental price will be refunded.
The remaining 50% is retained as compensation.

3) No refund

Cancellations within 7 days of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.

4) In case of no-show

If the tenant does not arrive on the check-in date without prior cancellation, the full rental price will be charged.

5) Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the renter's or landlord's control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or travel bans), a special arrangement may be made. This is assessed based on the specific situation.

6) Cancellation by the Landlord

If the landlord has to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, the tenant will receive a full refund, including any deposits.

Whether you want to sunbathe on the beaches of Playa del Cura or Playa de los Locos, take a stroll along the promenade, or explore the Lagunas de La Mata Natural Park, there is something for everyone. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy water sports, cycling or play golf on one of the nearby golf courses.

History and culture:
Torrevieja has a rich maritime history that you can discover at the Museo del Mar y de la Sal. Also visit the atmospheric church Iglesia de la Inmaculada Concepción and stroll through the old city center.

Food and drink:
Enjoy the local cuisine in the numerous restaurants and bars. Be sure to try the paella, fresh seafood and local wines. At the weekly market you can also buy fresh produce to prepare a delicious meal yourself.
