THE APARTMENT
Casa de Luz is a stone's throw from the boulevard and several beaches, where you can immediately enjoy all the beauty that Torrevieja has to offer! The sea, the beach, a snack and drink and various shops are all less than a kilometer away, so you don't have to worry about convenience during your holiday. Even a large supermarket, a small market and the bus station of Torrevieja are around the corner from Casa de Luz. Ideal!
Our beloved 2-bedroom apartment is located in a side street in the center of Torrevieja and has a private parking space in the underground garage. There is an elevator in the complex and the apartment is wheelchair accessible.*
The house has a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 separate bedrooms, a cozy living-dining room and a semi-open kitchen. There is a camping bed with (fold-out) mattress that we lovingly prepare so that even our smallest guests can sleep peacefully. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, which provides cooling in the summer and keeps it pleasant in the evening hours in Casa de Luz in the slightly cooler months! Living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with shutters.
From 15 June to 15 September, you can also use the communal swimming pool for free as an extra! This is located in the courtyard of the apartment complex and has a shallow area, which makes it a nice place with children.
Upon arrival, every bed is made and there is a set of towels ready for each guest -1 large + 2 small-, so that you can quickly enjoy your holiday!
THE LAYOUT
Casa de Luz is suitable for 1-4* people and has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds. NOTE: These 2 single beds can also be stacked into a single bed or linked to a (low) double bed. A camping cot can be added to 1 of the rooms, which is available including a (fold-out) mattress and mattress cover. Both bedrooms and living room have blackout shutters.
What else you can expect:
- The living room with dining area is cozy and brightly furnished with a nice sitting area, television (English channels & Netflix), air conditioning and free WiFi available
- The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped: fridge-freezer, a combination microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, plenty of crockery and cutlery and there is a washing machine that you can use.
- The bathroom has been completely renovated and has a walk-in shower, a sink and toilet. A hair dryer is available!
- The large bed has a double duvet, the single beds have single blankets and extra pillows are provided.
- There is a private parking space (for 1 car) in the garage under the apartment complex, where you can park for free.
