Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

    • cancellation more than 4 months before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
    • cancellation between the 120th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
    • cancellation between the 60th and the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.

If the tenant only on the start date or during the rental period
informs you that you will no longer use the rented property
he owes the full rental price.

We have chosen the interior with care, so that it feels like a second home!
The kitchen is fully equipped with built-in kitchen appliances and equipped with sufficient comfort. There is a large refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Separate appliances are toaster, kettle, espresso coffee machine, teppanyaki and so much more ..)
There are two large terraces (with table and chairs). This terrace (31m2) with a view to the pool and garden. This terrace is also partially covered. and furnished with a lounge set. A built-in cupboard with washing machine, drying rack and sunbeds.
Master bedroom overlooking the private garden with fitted wardrobe.
The separate beds in the second bedroom can be placed together if desired, so that there is a second bedroom with a double bed. There are electric shutters throughout .
