Only 55 minutes from Alicante airport.

For check-in before 07:00 or after 18:00, additional costs will be charged and must be paid at check-in.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental price includes internet + 10kWh (electricity) per day (additional electricity will be charged at a rate of €0.40/kWh).

Final cleaning costs: € 130,-

Cancellation by the tenant

In the event of cancellation within 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, the advance will remain acquired for the landlord and he will be free to re-rent the property for the period in question. 

The non-payment of the balance of 70% and the deposit at least 8 weeks before the start of the rental period is considered a cancellation of the tenant.

In case of cancellation before the 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, the deposit already paid will be refunded.

Cancellation by the landlord

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the landlord is forced to cancel the reservation earlier than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, the deposit already paid will be refunded, but without compensation for any damage whatsoever.

If the cancellation is after the start of the rental period after the start of the rental period, the rent and deposit paid will be refunded.

If you check in before 07:00 or after 18:00 , extra costs will be charged and must be paid at check-in :
