Dear, I am the owner of this apartment located in the cozy harbor town of Torre de la Horadada with everything within walking distance (supermarket, squares with bars/restaurants, beach, playground) 2 small pets are allowed and 1 large pet, to be reported in advance. sun from morning to evening through the various terraces.
Apartment purchased in 2023 and completely refurbished. All furniture is newly purchased.
A Dutch-speaking key manager can be reached on site.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In the event of late payment, the landlord is entitled to cancel the reserved holiday. The advance already paid will not be refunded. If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord .
This must be confirmed in writing or by e-mail. The following amounts remain due: 50% of the travel sum in case of cancellation between 8 weeks and 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. 100% of the travel sum in case of cancellation in the last 4 weeks before the start of the rental period.
