In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

Browns Cocktail and Gastro Bar in La Zenia, Costa Blanca, is located on Ctra. de Villamartín 1, near Zenia Boulevard. It offers wide fairways, challenging greens and views of the Mediterranean Sea. Near beaches such as La Zenia and a hotel with spa, it is ideal for golfers and tourists. La Brassería Restaurant in La Fuente, near Villamartín on the Costa Blanca, is a popular tourist destination for foodies. Located in the bustling La Fuente Commercial Centre, it offers a warm, rustic atmosphere with modern touches.
