We at Casita Philona ensure that you lack nothing and that you can enjoy a wonderful, relaxing and/or strenuous stay in our cozy apartment. 
The (non-smoking) house is located on the ground floor of a gated residence, making it accessible without stairs. Right outside the door you will find a swimming pool and playground, which is ideal for families with children. Its location offers a combination of convenience and relaxation, with everything within easy reach for a carefree holiday experience.

Our new and modern furnished apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is ensuite. Both bathrooms have a rain shower and toilet. Both bedrooms have 2 single box-spring beds, which can be quickly and easily pushed together. Also, 2 of the 4 beds have storage space, for unnecessary travel luggage, among other things.

The living area is furnished with a very COMFORTABLE sofa bed, creating the possibility to use the apartment with 5 or 6 people.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with hob (electric), oven, microwave, combi coffee maker (filter and Senseo), kettle, grill plate (for outdoor use), fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

The little ones have also been thought of and therefore a (foldable) cot and high chair are available free of charge. In addition, there is a shallow area in the pool where the little ones can splash around.

The garden is located on the south and is furnished with a dining table for cozy eating and drinking moments and a lovely lounge set for the necessary relaxation.

Due to the various options regarding sun protection, you can choose to enjoy the sun, or to separate yourself from this vitamin D source for a while.  

The apartment is located on residence Saoco, Calle Rosa Garcia Ascot number 515 (see map) on the edge of the authentic Spanish village of San Miquel de Salinas. Within walking distance of various restaurants, shops and supermarket.

San Miquel de Salinas is located 8 km from the cozy and always lively seaside resort of Torrevieja, and also less than a fifteen minute drive from many beaches and bays on the Mediterranean Sea.

There is plenty to do for all ages in the immediate vicinity; walking, cycling, cycling, hiking, golf, miniature golf, horseback riding, karting, various water sports, paintballing, quad biking, canyoning, museum visits, visiting the salt lakes, flamingo spotting, etc. etc.

In addition, the area of the Costa Blanca South is known for its culture, the beautiful coastlines and wonderful beaches, the diversity of the interior, the many shopping centers, the delicious food, the relaxed atmosphere and especially for one of the healthiest climate flows in the world!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
