General Rental Conditions – Casa El Sueños:
1. Reservation & Confirmation
A reservation is only final after written confirmation from our side and receipt of the deposit (30%). The remaining amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
2. Arrival & Departure
- Check-in: from 15:00.
- Check-out: until 11:00 am
Timely arrival and departure are appreciated. This can be deviated from in consultation.
Extra charge for late check in.
3. Cancellation
- Up to 60 days before arrival: full refund
- 60–30 days prior to arrival: 20% of the deposit will be retained
- 30-14 days: 50% of the deposit will be retained
- Less than 14 days before arrival: no refunds
4. Number of people
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. More guests are not allowed.
5. Pets
Pets are not allowed, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
6. Cleaning & Linen
Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
Bed linen and towels are provided. For stays longer than 7 days, interim cleaning and linen change can be arranged for a fee.
Linen package: € 10,- p.p.
There is a washing machine in the apartment.
7. Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Outside on the terrace, this is allowed, provided that it is respected by neighbours and fire safety.
8. Liability
The tenant is liable for damage to the apartment or the inventory that occurs due to negligence or improper use. We are not responsible for accidents, loss or damage during the stay.
9. Use of Facilities
Use of the swimming pool and facilities is at your own risk. Please adhere to the house rules of the complex.
10. Deposit
The deposit is € 300 for short stays (up to 3 weeks) and € 1000 for stays of 3 weeks or more.
