Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

At Ampollabeach there are benches where you can enjoy the magnificent sea views. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) the Moraira area is one of the healthiest places on earth.
The sandy beach of El Portet is 800 meters east of the apartment. Highly recommended, because this is the most sheltered beach in the area. Here you can enjoy throughout the year of the murmuring sea while enjoying a snack and a drink. Even in winter!

From the terrace at the back of the house you have a beautiful view over the mountains and the sea.
The house has two floors, of which only the top floor is in use. In the future, we will also include the bottom floor, which is now only used for storage.

From the kitchen you enter the side terrace where you can enjoy a sheltered breakfast, lunch and dinner. Especially in the hot summers, this is not an unnecessary luxury.
The beautiful entrance is a nice entrance, but you can also enter through the large gate, so you don't have to climb stairs. There is also room to park 2 cars behind the gate.
It is also wonderful to relax in the front garden in the hammock
