This villa is fully equipped and is located on a hill in the quiet area of San Miguel de Salinas. In the vicinity you will find several golf courses (1km, 5 minutes), padel courts, many beaches, a huge variety of restaurants, cozy bars, Villa Martin Plaza and of course the shopping boulevard of the Costa Blanca: Zenia Boulevard!
The villa has no less than 4 terraces and a furnished (parasol, chairs, table, lounge sofa) roof terrace. From the terrace on the entrance, the living room, one of the bedrooms and the roof terrace you have a sea view.
The -recently renovated- communal swimming pool incl. children's pool is located 10 meters from the house. The area: Alicante airport is a 35-minute drive away, large supermarkets such as Mercadona, Aldi and Dial Prix are a 5-minute drive away. The beaches are a 10-minute drive away. There are many beautiful villages and towns in the area such as Murcia, Torrevieja, Alicante, Santa Pola, pirate island Tabarca but also Valencia and Benidorm can be explored during a day trip.
If you like to eat out, you can enjoy Spanish or international cuisine in many restaurants in the vicinity. We use a Dutch-speaking key manager who you can contact for questions about the house during your stay.
There is also a general practitioner in the village. The house is not suitable for the disabled. Pets are not allowed.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy
