Enjoy a wonderful holiday in our new detached holiday home for 6 people with pool in San Fulgencio, Spain.

Whether you come for peace, sun, beach or discovering the Spanish culture, you have come to the right place!

The beach is 4 km away from our casa and Alicante airport is a 20-minute drive away.

A quiet place on the Costa Blanca South. In the area you will find beautiful nature and charming cities to discover. A short distance away are Guardamar del Segura with its extensive beaches and dunes, Torrevieja, Alicante and Elche, known for its impressive palm tree park.

Also within easy reach are the major cities of Murcia and the port city of Cartegena.

We are Anne van den Broek and cousin Raymon van den Broek, together with his wife Carina van den Broek-Leijssenaar, the proud owners of our holiday home Casa de la Suerte. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

Quiet, wide beaches with dunes and pine trees, ideal for relaxing. Beautiful walking and cycling routes along the coast and through nature. Visit the Salinas de Santa Pola for flamingos. Nearby are Guardamar del Segura and Elche with the UNESCO palm grove. Easily accessible are Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena, Altea and Benidorm. The region is also known for its many excellent golf courses for every level.
