Cancellation

1. In the unlikely event that the tenant has to cancel the accommodation, the following cancellation percentages of the rent will be charged;

o more than 60 days before the arrival date : 25%

o between 60 and 31 days before the arrival date :50%

o between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date : 80%

o between 14 days and the arrival date : 100%

2. Any bank charges incurred by the refund are borne by the tenant

3. The cancellation must be confirmed to the landlord by e-mail, the date of receipt is leading for the calculation

Deposit

1. The deposit must be paid on site upon arrival. The costs for electricity will be deducted from the deposit.

2. At the end of the stay, the tenant will be refunded the remaining amount.

3. In the event of damage, defects or failure to leave the accommodation clean, the deposit may be retained in whole or in part.

4. In the unlikely event that the deposit is not sufficient to cover the costs of electricity and/or in the event of damage and/or defects, the amount of the deposit is not sufficient, the remaining amount must be paid immediately by the tenant.

Dissolution

1. The landlord is entitled to terminate the lease immediately if the tenant, after being addressed/summoned, does not behave as a good tenant. In particular, if the tenant causes nuisance to the living environment despite warnings from the owner and/or manager.

2. In the event of force majeure, the landlord is entitled to dissolve the lease in whole or in part without the tenant being able to claim performance and/or compensation. The landlord will make every effort to propose a suitable alternative. If this alternative is not accepted by the tenant, the amounts paid will be refunded in full to the tenant.
