Beautiful holiday home on the Costa Blanca, in Rojales (Marquesa) near Torrevieja province of Alicante.

Our house has a living area of approximately 90 m2, located directly opposite the beautiful communal swimming pool. The house has both a front and back garden where you can fully enjoy the sun. There is also a covered terrace at the front.

The house is divided as follows:

Ground floor: Living room, open kitchen, storage room (can also be used as an extra bedroom) and a toilet room which is equipped with a washing machine and sink. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and dishwasher.

1st floor: Here are 2 bedrooms, both equipped with a box spring 160×200 cm and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. One of the bedrooms is adjacent to a lovely sun terrace. Our house also has a roof terrace and a private parking space.

The "Rojales Park" is a small-scale urbanization of 14 homes and is located directly at the top of the La Marquesa golf course. Several restaurants, shops and supermarkets are located a short distance away. The beaches can be reached within about 10 minutes by car.

In our house you will be welcomed by our Dutch guidance.
