Nearby are other villages such as Benijofar and Ciudad Quesada, where there is a lot to do, and the famous seaside resorts of Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja are also nearby. Think of a pleasant boulevard, nice restaurants and different types of beaches. In short, the ideal base for a top holiday!
Other comments: The apartment is located on a complex where a number of houses are still being finished. This may cause nuisance until the end of 2024 with regard to noise (from 08-18) and dust etc. This must be taken into account when booking this apartment until the end of 2024

Prices are per night, in high season a minimum stay of 7 nights and outside of that minimum 3 nights.
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
