Our maite type home, located on the highly sought-after residential Benimar 2. The Maite has a perfect sun position, from early morning until sunset on the various terraces. The view is fantastic, directly onto the communal garden and swimming pool and the mountain landscape behind.
The house consists of two separate floors, consisting of the ground floor and the basement, each with its own entrance. The ground floor has a spacious living-dining room with fine furniture, a large smart TV. On which you can receive all Dutch channels and there is fast wifi. A beautiful open kitchen, toilet, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, the master bedroom has a comfortable bed (2x90x200) and a spacious terrace with awning and very comfortable patio furniture. The living room has air conditioning, fireplace (for the winter season) The bedroom also has air conditioning. The basement has a spacious living-dining room with a nice kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the living area of the basement there is also a large smart TV and fast internet. All rooms in the basement have fans. Here too is a nice terrace with awning and patio furniture. The house is equipped with sufficient bed and bath linen, the costs of which are included in the rent. In the spacious garden of the house is a lounge area with awnings and comfortable chairs so that you can relax with your group while enjoying a good glass of Spanish wine from the region. Residential Benimar 2 is located in the typical Spanish town of Rojales del Segura. Nearby is the town of Guardamar del Segura, known for its dunes covered with pine trees. The beach of Guardamar is great, more than 15 km slowly sloping into the sea. On the pleasant boulevard we find numerous restaurants and terraces where you can relax. And yet only about 10 minutes by car from your holiday home. If you want more than just the beach: the historic cities of Elche, Alicante and Murcia can be reached within an hour. And don't forget the beautiful hinterland Also the salt lakes in the immediate vicinity where countless flamingos roam. In short:

Since the lower floor is only accessible through the outside entrance, this floor is less suitable for young children (up to about 10 years old) for safety reasons. Unless they are accompanied by adults on this floor. Maximum number of children: 2 ( due to the rules V.V.E. )

We, Dagmar and Ronald, are a hard working couple who have pledged their hearts to Benimar. That is why we want to rent this Maite to people who also want to enjoy this beautiful environment and our home.
After purchase, we equipped this house with new furniture, comfortable beds, new smart TV on the floors with all Dutch TV channels and fast internet. We have also equipped the bathroom with a walk-in shower and a wide terrace with sunshade.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Spending the winter in casa Suzanna is possible in the period from
1 October to 31 March. The wintering rental period is at least 2 consecutive months.

Explanation of prices and conditions

Bookable per day with a minimum stay of 5 nights.
The deposit is 20% of the booking amount, to be paid within 7 days of our confirmation. Remainder of the booking amount to be paid no later than 35 days before the rental period according to invoice.
Cancellation costs are 30% from 90 days before arrival, 60% from 45 days before arrival and 100% less than 14 days before arrival. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
Free cancellation in case of travel restrictions imposed by the Government, such as Corona.
The cleaning costs are € 100,= per house part, upstairs apartment euro 100,-- and downstairs apartment euro 100,00. So when occupying the entire house, the cleaning costs are euro 200.00. These costs will be settled on site by the key manager.
The deposit is € 250,= per stay to be paid in cash on arrival (settlement within 7 days after departure, minus breakage and energy costs.
The price for Internet and cable TV, water but also linen/kitchen and bath linen are all included!
Electricity: The actual use according to the meter reading will be deducted from the deposit. Electricity and gas will be charged at the then current rates.
Pets are not allowed or to be discussed with the landlord!
For long term rental (from 2 months) separate conditions apply. However, this does not apply to the period 1 July to 30 September. For prices you can inquire with the landlord.

Air conditioning in the upper apartment. There are plenty of fans in the basement.

The residential Benimar 1 and Benimar 2 offer everything that makes a holiday enjoyable.
Shops, restaurants, bars, terraces in the immediate vicinity. Quietly situated between the typical Spanish villages of Benijofar and Rojales. And yet the beautiful beach of Guardamar is only a few minutes away by car.
Cultural cities such as Elche, Orihuela, Alicante and Murcia, each city with its specific characteristics.
Rojales is located in the so-called Veja Baja, ideal for hours of fantastic cycling trips via all kinds of back roads. And, you can rent the bike in Benijofar.
