 Our house, a beautiful 2-under-a-roof chalet of the Maite type, is located on the very popular residential Benimar in Rojales, only 7 km from the lovely sandy beaches of Guardamar del Segura, easily accessible by car but also very easily accessible by bicycle.

The terraces at the front of the house are very sunny from the morning hours until sunset. 
The house consists of two separate floors, each with its own entrance. The upstairs apartment consists of a luxurious living-dining room and an open kitchen, equipped with all conveniences. The furniture of the living room is very comfortably equipped with relax chairs with excellent seating quality. There is smarttv with all Dutch TV channels and there is  wifi.  The house is equipped with air conditioning, which provides heating in winter and cooling in summer.  There is a bedroom with a twin bed (2x90x200), a bathroom with walk-in shower and a toilet There is a separate toilet. At the front a spacious sun terrace, of course equipped with an awning and comfortable patio furniture. There is sufficient bed and bath linen, the costs of which are included in the rent.

The downstairs apartment consists of a living-dining room with comfortable furniture, open kitchen, fridge with freezer. There is also a TV with all Dutch TV channels via a chromecast and wifi. A bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) and a bedroom with a double bed with separate mattresses (2x90x200).
There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.  There is a complete kitchen. In the living room there is air conditioning for cooling and heating

Behind the house there is a seating area where, if you wish, you can dine in the shade or have a drink.  Of course, the house is equipped with very comfortable furniture.
The house has a roof terrace/solarium upstairs where you can enjoy the sun and the view in private.

The property overlooks a lovely garden and communal swimming pool.

In Benimar, Benijofar and Rojales you will find the necessary shops, restaurants, bars, terraces. even a McDonald and a Dutch snack bar if you don't want to miss your frikandel.
At 7 km is the beautiful seaside resort of Guardamar del Segura with the unbeatable sandy beaches of 15 km., gently sloping into the Mediterranean Sea. There is great parading on the  boulevard.

Your holiday home can also be a great base for making beautiful trips to e.g. Alicante, Elche, Torrevieja and Murcia. And.. Don't forget the beautiful hinterland.

Around Benimar, in a street of 25 km, there are 8 excellent golf courses, La Marquesa the closest, a 5-minute drive away.
Benimar is located in the Vega Baja, the low country, where you can make great bike rides.
There is also a beautiful Aquapark at 5 minutes

In short, renting our  house is a great idea for a nice holiday.

The house is not rented separately, so only to a group of family or friends.

Since the basement is only accessible via the outside entrance, this floor is less suitable for young children (up to and including about 10 years) for safety reasons. Unless they are accompanied by adults on this floor. Due to the rules of the V.V.E., a maximum of 2 young children up to 12 years old are allowed in high season.
