Just a ten minute drive from the beaches of Guardamar del Segura is this stunning brand new apartment on 3 floors with spectacular views. The spacious apartment has a homely atmosphere and all the luxury you could wish for.

On the large roof terrace you not only have a 360 degree view around the hills of Rojales, but the terrace also has an elevator and a swimming pool which are completely private. In addition, there is an outdoor shower, sun loungers and a cozy sitting area with mood lighting for the sultry evenings.

Attached to the living room downstairs you have another terrace with glass balustrades and a fantastic view of the hill and El Recorral Natural Park, with the sea on the horizon. The apartment is part of a complex with 10 apartments where you can also find a communal outdoor swimming pool, a heated indoor pool, a gym and a sauna. PAY ATTENTION! The neighbors still have some work under construction, so more dust will fall on the terraces and there is a crane further on. Until then, you can just use your own private swimming pool, the communal garden is already open with indoor and outdoor pool and sauna. But the prices have been adjusted downwards because it is not yet finished at the neighbors.

Within a 5-minute drive you can reach Ciudad Quesada where you will find a pleasant shopping street, a large supermarket and many restaurants. On the Costa Blanca the sun shines 300 days a year, so even in the low season months there is enough vitamin D in this area.

Apartment description: upon entering you step into the spacious living room where you can reach by means of the private elevator on the ground floor or by stairs. The living room has a spacious sitting area, a smart TV, electric window blinds and tasteful furnishings. The open kitchen offers a dishwasher, oven, microwave, a complete coffee corner (Nespresso and kettle), large refrigerator with freezer and all basic necessities. Attached to the kitchen is a 4-seater dining area with comfortable chairs.

The two bedrooms both have large fitted wardrobes, electric blinds and en-suite bathrooms. Both bathrooms have a spacious walk-in shower with rainfall, a toilet and a sink with LED lighting that turns on automatically upon entry. If you take the elevator from the living room, it will take you downstairs or to the large roof terrace, you don't have to walk a step on your holiday!

The building is built with sustainable materials and the architectural style can be described as modern Romanesque with large arches.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by emailto landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 3 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 2 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
