Our villa is located in a residential area of the picturesque Spanish village of Polop. It is the ideal location to completely relax, but it is also a suitable starting point for all kinds of excursions. Tourist attractions such as the Algar waterfalls and the beautiful Guadalest are less than a 15-minute drive from our contemporary villa. If you like action, you will also get your money's worth. After all, there is a wide range of activities in the vicinity such as: walking, cycling, canyoning, paddle, golf, horse riding ..... Do you like going out? Then dive into the vibrant nightlife of Benidorm.

The house itself is equipped with every luxury and suitable for 6 people. All rooms are on the ground floor (ie there are no stairs). The 3 bedrooms each have a high-quality 2p box spring and a large built-in wardrobe. There are also 2 bathrooms, 1 with a walk-in shower and 1 with a bathtub so you can become even more zen during your holiday. In the kitchen you can enjoy all modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, espresso machine, ... The trendy and pleasant longchair (3m10) in the living room provides the ultimate comfort during a TV evening. You can find all your favorite channels on the smart TV via TV Vlaanderen. The entire villa has WIFI and central air conditioning (hot/cold). In the storage room there is a washing machine and a dryer. Outside in the garden you can laze by the (heated) swimming pool or in the luxurious lounge set with phenomenal views of the sea, Mount Ponoig, the small mountain ranges Bernia, Sierra Helada and the skyline of Benidorm.
Since we opted for a larger corner plot that faces e/s/w, the garden and swimming pool are in the sun all year round, even in winter.
