Casa Monte Pinos is the last house in a cul-de-sac within a gated urbanization. This allows you to enjoy maximum privacy and absolute tranquility, without through traffic. The house is directly adjacent to a beautiful nature park, where you wake up to bird sounds and can immediately take beautiful walks from the garden. Parking is safe and easy on the private driveway.
Outdoor living the Spanish way
The garden is designed to fully enjoy the outdoors. The spacious private pool can be heated in between seasons, so you can swim comfortably all year round. Around the pool and on the various terraces you will always find a nice spot, in the sun or in the shade. The covered terrace and the cozy lounge area make long, relaxing evenings outside extra pleasant.
Comfortable and attractive stay
The house is practically laid out and warmly decorated, making you feel right at home. On the ground floor there is a bright living room with pellet stove for cooler evenings and a fully equipped open kitchen including an American fridge. In addition, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a private terrace. Here you will also find a complete bathroom with bathtub. All bedrooms have air conditioning for a good night's sleep. A washing machine is available, which also makes the house very suitable for a longer stay.
