The brand new and modern bungalow with private parking is located in a secure urbanization in Polop de la Marina, near Altea and Benidorm and has a beautiful sea view.
It has everything you're looking for. The lovely terrace, the beautiful living room with open kitchen. Modernly furnished bedrooms and bathrooms.

Far enough from all the hustle and bustle, but close enough to seek it out.

With a short drive you are at the beautiful beaches of Albir. The surprisingly picturesque old town of Altea. The bustling Benidorm, but also other beautiful coastal towns such as Cala de Finestrat, Villajoyosa, Calpe, Moraira and Denia.
Supermarkets nearby. A little further on is the centro commercial "Finestrat La Marina" with very large supermarkets, fashion stores and multimedia / electronics stores.

Nature, culture, entertainment and gastronomy in the area, too many to mention. We will send you all the information in advance so that you can get in the mood. There is also a folder in the bungalow in which everything is listed.

Sun, sea, beach, mountains, nature, culture, great weather and delicious food and drink. Are you going to become active? Want to relax? Or a combination? Everything is available on the Costa Blanca for exercise and relaxation.

This is why we, Bianca and Jurgen, fell in love with this environment and the Mediterranean life..

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Check in between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Check out before 11:00 am. Different times in consultation with the landlord/manager.

Weekly prices include bed linen, bath linen, kitchen linen, wifi, air conditioning, water and electricity (with normal consumption, 20kW/h/day)

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter will charge the following amounts:

Cancellation:
* > 60 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
*30-60 days 25% of the rental price;
*14-30 days 50% of the rental price;
*2-14 days 75% of the rental price;
*0-2 days 90% of the rental price.
